CIA Exam Review Materials
Replacement Policy 2025

We're excited to announce that the 13^th edition of the English CIA Exam review materials are available for order. This new edition is fully aligned with the 2025 CIA Exam, which will be tested starting May 1, 2025. Customers who have purchased CIA study materials directly from PRC's online store or through training partners can upgrade their material to the 13^th edition as follows:

Free Upgrade

• Customers who purchased the 12^th edition after September 30, 2024, are eligible for a free upgrade to the electronic 13^th edition.
• Customers who passed one or more parts of the CIA Exam starting from May 2024 can also upgrade to the electronic 13^th edition for the remaining parts at no cost.

Discounted Upgrade

• Customers who purchased the 12^th edition between January 1, 2024, and September 30, 2024, are eligible for a 60% discount on the upgrade.
• Customers who purchased the material before January 2024 are eligible for a 45% discount on the upgrade.

How to request upgrade?

• Submit your replacement request by filling in the form on this page (see below).
• The replacement will be based on your previous purchase of bundles and individual parts. 

How long will the 12^th edition be available?

• The 12^th edition will be available for purchase until 30 April 2024.
• If you have already purchased the 12th edition, your access will continue until its default expiry date.

When will you receive your upgrade?

• Upgrade requests will be processed on first-come first-served basis.
• You will receive an e-mail confirming your upgrade once your request is processed.
• If you request upgrade and do not receive any confirmation, please contact us.
